This business has very questionable business ethics

This business has very questionable business ethics. I found this business through a very popular Youtuber, and since they were having a black Friday sale I decided to support a small business and give them a try. I placed an order on black Friday and didn't receive my package until almost two whole months later. They sent out an email that they were very overwhelmed with orders and it might take a while to receive my package, which I would've understood were it not for the fact that they continued running sales every week instead of shutting down their site to fulfill orders that were placed on black Friday. Every small business I've ever supported had ordering windows that they would close in order to fulfill current orders and then reopen once orders were fulfilled, but not this business. I can only assume the reason is greed and lack of care and concern for customers that had already paid. For this reason alone I will never support this business again regardless of the quality of the product.

I don’t typically respond to reviews, but I felt it was important to address the concerns you raised.

After reviewing your order, it was placed on 11/28 and delivered on 1/5. During our Black Friday sale, our turnaround time was clearly stated on our website and in customer communications as 21–30 business days, which does not include weekends or holidays. Your order was delivered within that stated timeframe. While we understand that waiting can feel long, it did not take “almost two months” to receive your package.

Regarding sales and closures: we did not continue running weekly sales without pause. We closed the following week after Black Friday, and after our Christmas Eve sale, we remained closed for two full weeks specifically to catch up on outstanding orders. As a small business, we cannot remain closed indefinitely; like any business, we have operational expenses and employees to support. Continuing to operate is not a matter of greed, but sustainability.

We were transparent throughout this period, communicated delays openly, and fulfilled orders within the timelines we provided. While we understand that our business model may not align with everyone’s expectations, we stand by our ethics, our communication, and the care we put into every order.
