The shipping time has substantially gotten better. Instead of 30 days for delivery, it is now 2-3 weeks. I'm a satisfied customer.

It's worth it!

The worry free delivery is definitely worth it and it's not expensive at all. The staff is very helpful and friendly, all you have to do is reach out to them with any concerns you may have and they will definitely take care of you.

Slow delivery

I do want to clarify one point regarding the comments about slow shipping, because the dates matter.

Your order was placed on **August 1st** and was shipped on **August 12th**. Since August 1st was a Saturday, that means your order was processed and shipped within **8 business days**.

Our posted turnaround time is **14–21 business days**, so your order actually shipped significantly *earlier* than our stated processing timeframe.

We absolutely understand that waiting for an order can feel long when you're excited to receive it, and everyone is entitled to share their experience. However, I also believe it's important that the information being shared about our business is accurate. Saying that this particular order experienced slow shipping simply doesn't reflect the actual timeline.

We take customer feedback seriously, including criticism, but we also want future customers reading reviews to have the full context and correct information regarding our processing times.
