Maceration & Ready-to-Wear Notice: All of our fragrances are handcrafted in larger batches and allowed to macerate properly before they are bottled, so they arrive well-developed, smooth, and ready to enjoy as soon as you receive them. Because fragrance can be affected by temperature changes and movement during shipping (“mail shock”), we do recommend allowing your perfume to rest for 24–48 hours after delivery before judging the scent. This gives it time to settle back into its true form.

These scents are built from the ground up in our studio using naturals + aroma molecules, never pre-made stock fragrance oils. Ordering Guidelines:
- Turnaround time is appoximately 14-21 business days. During very busy times (ie. Black Friday or other big sales) the turnaround time can be up to 21-30 business days (this is rare and only occurs when we are extremely busy)
- ❗ We can't add items to your order or make changes after submission.
- ❗ We can't combine orders—if you forget something, you will need to place a new order. ❗We cannot cancel orders after submission so please make sure your order is correct.
Promos/Discount Codes:
- ❗ If you forget to use a coupon code during a sale, we can't apply it after your order is placed.
Returns & Issues:
- ❗ All sales are final – due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
- If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away.
Shipping & Insurance:
- Please note that we do not assume responsibility for lost, broken, leaking or damaged items
- that may occur during shipping. You have the option to protect your order by adding insurance for a minimal fee.
- Claims are handled directly through Parcel Panel Protection/Seel for a worry and hassle free experience.
